EPIC Dealer Solutions Ltd. works with a network of financial institutions, ranging from conservative (offering lower interest rates to low-risk consumers) to aggressive (offering higher interest rates to high-risk consumers).   Because EPIC uses several financial institutions, we are able to provide financing for a wide range of credit histories while obtaining the most competitive interest rate for your customer.

EPIC’s has lenders who are willing to accept vehicles that other won’t.  Our program allows customer to finance vehicles that are less than $5,000, older than 10 years, and those vehicles with  very high kms.

How Applications are Processed

  1. Customer comes to your location wanting to purchase and finance a vehicle
  2. Dealer and customer fill out bill of sale adding EPIC’s financing fee of $299 (no taxes)
  3. Customer fills out Application (make sure they sign)
  4. Dealer faxes (204) 255-5749 or e-mails epicdealersolutions@mts.net  documents to EPIC 
  5. EPIC process a credit report on customer, and provides a complete package to lenders who will be most interested in your customer
  6. EPIC forwards approval and loan documents to dealer
  7. Customer signs legal agreement, Dealer faxes to EPIC for review, customer leaves with their new purchase
  8. Dealer is paid in full in 3 business days (usually quicker)
